I really don't get why people wonder why cartoons are only made for children when they're made by adults. 

Why do you think so, though? If Bianca didn't choose rebirth, then I don't see why she wouldn't decide to come back. She died before her time for the sake of getting a mythomagic card for Nico as an apology - she clearly loved and treasured him and joining the Huntresses makes her selfish, but it doesn't make her love him less (and she makes that decision after seeing Percy in action and deciding that in CHB Nico would be safe and make friends and not have to rely on her so much. She wanted the freedom to make her own friends and live her own life, but I don't think she would've made that choice if she didn't think Nico would be alright first). I don't think that she'd ever deliberately make him suffer. She'd want more time with him, and she clearly has a thirst to prove herself in life (which is why she chose rebirth in the first place instead of Elysium), which is all the more reason for her to come back.
