Yeah, I actually forgot for awhile too. (I’m sorry, @greyias! ❤)
The problem with Graff is that I don’t really know him, because I haven’t read any of the other books in the immediate Company Wars vicinity other than Cyteen (a long time ago). I started reading Downbelow Station in the last week or so, but it’s such a heavy read that I keep getting distracted by other things. I like what I’ve seen of him, but I really haven’t seen enough to have much in the way of feels for him yet.

@eightopals re: cauliflower rice. I like it, personally, but it's just finely diced cauliflower (literally, cauliflower florets and stems + a few pulses in a food processor until the pieces are the size of rice grains) and I like cauliflower already. It picks up flavors well, and if you don't overcook it, it doesn't get mushy. I've been meaning to try mashed cauliflower again, but I liked it when I tried it before. I'm not picky as long as something is prepared well, haha...

1. My husband, of course. I don't know what my life would be without him.
2. The ocean. Beautiful, powerful, fearsome.
3. Apples! The smell, the taste, the way they feel in my hand. Strawberries are my favorite fruit, but apples are fresh, beautiful, and inexpensive year-round.

The saddest moment in the series:
Hm. There were quite a few heart-wrenching moments, but as for saddest, I’d have to say Gat’s death. His final words to Hazel, and Hazel’s resulting grief, something about that stuck with me. Especially since the final image we see of Hazel is him holding Gat’s bandanna with genuine regret in his expression; this humanized Hazel.
Are Saiyuki Gaiden pix OK, or do you just want the main series? And how do we submit stuff (I'm a Tumblr n00b)?
All Saiyuki is fine! I actually have not read it yet (bad, bad fan...), but yeah, bring on the Gaiden!
