Come into your comfortable seat, sukhasana, cross right leg over left, sit up tall, close your eyes and focus your inner gaze up and to the space in between the eyebrows. 2. Bring your palms together, to Anjali mudra - inhale to tune in and chant the Adi Mantra 3x's to begin: ong Namo guru Dev Namo, optional follow that by the protection mantra: Aad guraay nameh jugaad guraay nameh, sat guraay nameh, Siri guru devay nameh 3x's 3. Bring your arms above your head and into a 60 degree angle, curl and bring your finger tips inwards to the palm, extend your thumb out stretching towards each other. 4.Sit up with a tall spine, close your eyes, keep your inner gaze - drishti to the space in between the eyebrows. 5. Begin a breath of fire, equal inhale and equal exhale, pulsing from the navel point. 6. Practice for 1 to 3 minutes (set your timer ;) 7.
