Ingredients: 4 large eggs. 2 tablespoons milk. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon butter.
Instructions: Put the eggs and milk in a bowl and crack them open. Add the milk and eggs and mix them well with a whisk. Add pepper and salt. Put butter in a nonstick skillet and heat it over medium-low heat. After adding the egg mix to the pan, wait one minute without stirring it. Use a spatula to gently stir the eggs and move them from the edges to the middle. Stir and cook the eggs some more until they are no longer runny but still a little moist. Take them off the heat right away to keep them from cooking too much; they will keep cooking in the pan's residual heat. Top or fill it with your favorite things and serve hot.
