I agree!  But, I kind of like Andy's ruthless side to him before anger management because it made the show interesting but it also made me hate Andy's character. I like Andy's sweet side too after anger management but it kind of made him weak and that's why some people took advantage of him. I guess this side of him will make people from the office respect him more. We'll just see what the writers will come up with Andy's personality in season 9 then. But so far, I like this side of Andy Bernard though, Nellie deserved what was coming to her. So what if he did those things to her? Andy was humiliated throughout the end of season 8.
