A quick and easy Instant Pot recipe for flavorful chicken tacos. Perfect for busy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup chicken broth. 1 cup salsa. 1 packet taco seasoning. 1 onion, diced. 1 bell pepper, sliced. Taco shells. Taco toppings cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, etc..
Instructions: Place chicken breasts in Instant Pot. Pour in chicken broth and salsa. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken. Add diced onions and sliced bell pepper. Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to sealing position. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Once cooking is complete, do a quick release of pressure. Shred the chicken using two forks. Serve the shredded chicken in taco shells with desired toppings.
