haseul ☆ sylph: sylphs are dedicated to air, spending most or all of their life in the air. while they have small human bodies like fairies, they have distinct bird features and traits (like our bird haseul!!). they have wings much larger than most fairies, up to two body lengths each. though the species is dying, they will be remembered as honorable and majestic ♡ [pic cr. 1 2]

yeojin ☆ brownie: brownies are tiny, kind creatures many would call cute (remind you of any ‘02 liners...). they take up residence in unused parts of homes at night and complete household chores. they do this in return for food, especially sweets. they are unfailingly kind; when antagonized or taken advantage of in their home, they will simply find somewhere else to live. hyunjin ☆ manticore: manticores often employ clever trickery. they have the body of a lion and the head of a human, so they hide their body in tall grass so humans will approach, unknowingly walking toward their death. [pic cr. 1 2]

vivi ☆ elf: elves can be mischievous though not always malevolent. of the varieties recounted throughout history, some are known as inhumanly beautiful, and small in the same way as a fairy is considered small. they are also commonly lovers of nature, depicted as living underground or in hollow tree trunks. kim lip ☆ sphinx: the sphinx appears similar to the manticore, with the head of a man and body of a lion. the sphinx is more eloquent, presenting humans it comes across a riddle as a chance to save their lives. [pic cr. 1]

jinsoul ☆ siren: we don’t know much about jinsoul yet but i know she’s beautiful and i’m attracted to her. so a siren! sirens lure men onto the shore against their better judgement by singing in an incredibly beautiful voice, and then they eat the men. commonly referenced in pop culture, you’ve probably heard of them in literature like the odyssey, where odysseus becomes the only recorded man to hear a siren’s song and live to tell the tale.
