After a week after Edna's prank time with Ion, Ludger has since come to pay a visit yet again. Although unlike his usual visits, he's ditched the travel pack for nothing except his twin swords, a notepad, and a couple tomato cream puffs for snacks. And his expression is a stark departure from his uncompromising ray of sunshine attitude.

When Ludger reaches Lady Edna's side, he begins twirling his pen as he debates how to phrase the news. After a few moments, he decides to confront things head on.

While Sorey was confident he could trust all of his seraphs whole-heartedly, there was no denying that he was closer to some than others. Mikleo had been with him since the two of them could remember, and Lailah bubbly and infectiously enthusiastic demeanor made it easy to feel like anyone who met her had always been friends with her.

Edna, though...

"Hey, Edna." Sorey knew she was nearby. He was seated on the grassy fields not far from the outskirts of Ladylake, enjoying the view that it offered of the mountain that would led up to his home village. From here it wasn't visible at all, and was little more than the stuff of legends. Amazing to think that Alisha had been able to go off of little more than what was written in a book to be able to find it.

"You never talk much about yourself or your past. Where'd you grow up? Were you always on Rayfalke?"

The answer was likely. Seraphs never tended to wander, lest they risk become warped by malevolence, but Rayfalke had such a heavy malevolent aura around it that it was hard to imagine any seraph thriving there. It was from the dragon. Her brother. But... how, and when, had he become draconified?

Eizen instinctively knew the moment he met her that she would be the most important existence in his life, his little sister. The one who had him wrapped around their little finger, dancing to her tune - she could say jump, and he'd ask how high? That is the kind of relationship between Edna and Eizen. So, of course, she brings forth a potential pet for them to love and care for.

But of course, it would be better to keep a squirrel outside in the wildlife, where it belongs - how to break this news to Edna?

A flick of his wing signaled to his initial disapproval. while it was not his intention to pass judgement it was almost involuntary to have the need to keep things in order. what was this thing? the way one of this young lady's straps fell what seemed like out of place wasn't what he wanted to find himself focused on, but once noticed it was nigh impossible to ignore it wholly.
