#edmund lear

A few days ago, I decided to look through Hey Arnold background characters to see if I can find any adults that could be good candidates for parents for Edmund. I found one (the guy on the right) and I designed the other one myself. I decided to look through bg characters in the first place because I honestly had nothing to go with what I wanted Edmund’s folks to be. Now that I have at least one character from the background I chose, I’m able to build a backstory off from that whenever I need them.

Plus, I find it amusing Edmund’s pop being a big, buff, security guard. I know it’s basically a very common trope, but I still think it fits and amusing.

The guy on the right is the security guard in “Pre-Teen Scream”.

Before I start writing too many limericks for your enjoyment and pleasure, I pen a little footnote here by way of a post to advise of their background and meaning.
