I used to tell people that I have been photographing for just 3 years or so . So there I was I sitting and really thought about it... it’s been ten plus years to be truthful. It’s only been the last three I used a DSLR, and now starting this year and IPhone I have seen it all pretty much through my lens or while carrying around a camera. I am constantly learning and evolving myself as a shutterbug. The visual ascetic of single black and white photo makes me excited to be a photographer. It took me years of using a Digital Point n’ Shoot Camera to get to a moment when I could say I could do better than this. It took another year after that to say, I could be doing more to elevate the structure of a photo I took. Two years after that I find I am shooting the very thing I love, black and white photography. Coming this February, you all are invited as I and others show a photos at @labodegagallery. They say there is a first time for everything, this will be my first time showing one of my pictures in public.
