Ingredients: 12 graham cracker sheets. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. Food coloring assorted colors. Edible markers.

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a food processor, pulse the graham cracker sheets into fine crumbs. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Add the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder to the mixture. Mix until a dough forms. Divide the dough into several portions, depending on how many colors you'd like to make. Add a few drops of food coloring to each portion and knead until the color is evenly distributed. Roll out each colored dough portion to about 1/4-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface. Use heart-shaped cookie cutters to cut out heart shapes from each colored dough. Place the heart-shaped cookies on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack. Once the cookies are cooled, use edible markers to write fun messages or conversation starters on each heart cookie.
