I just want to be skinny

when i binge eat once so now i have to binge for weeks until i get so sick of myself and restrict

Ig I'm starting a bit late but I've lost 22 poundss💪💪 just finished my longest fast, which was 48 hours. I wasn't even hungry but since I know I tend to binge after a long fast, so I decided it's best to eat and ofc the only thing available was pizza. I feel like I ate too much (I probably did) which was like 3 peices and 1 bread stick. I'm just happy it wasn't more😭. This is probably stupid to post but oh well💪🤪

i always pretend watching a bunch of videos of people eating/binging will make me less hungry but it always makes me hungry and upset
