Low cal recepie (one piece under 20 cals)⋆˚࿔
Ingredients: 2 egg whites- 66g, tomato sauce- 10g, champignons or any mushrooms- 50g, a bit of any salad Instructions: whisk the egg whites until they become thick and spread them on a baking tray in 3 equal parts then bake until the top becomes golden, put your mushrooms on a pan with water and cook for about 5 minutes, once everything is done, put 3 grams of tomato sauce on each one and some of the mushrooms, then finish it up with a bit of salad on the top. Enjoy!
