#ed warning?

So I keep feeling nauseous and then having a short break and because I haven't eaten much due to feeling nauseous most of the time I'll eat like 2x the normal amount and then I feel even grosser.

Oh also I've been doing this thing where I sleep for 14+ hours, wake up at some atrocious hour (like 4pm) go to bed later than I did the previous night (like if I went to bed at 12 and woke up at 4, then I'll stay up until like 3) wake up at a halfway-acceptable hour (like 9-10am) and then stay awake until the sun comes up.

I don't even know what to call it because half the time it feels like insomnia and the other half the time it feels like hypersomnia.

My rhythm is sooo fucked up like what even is this. I'm not even that tired right now? Like yeah I am a little but tired like I woke up around a normal hour and it's like ten-ish at night not tired like I woke up slightly later than normal and now it's 6 something in the morning.
