Reading that book about Shames and in all honesty, personality wise I can relate quite a lot. Oopsie Daisy!
Oh, and the drama with Nix being Nix...Shames you just weren't Dick, mate. And anyone who wasn't Dick, Nix had no time for them. Just shut up and run the household, and do all the work! Nix has places to go to and things to do (read: be with Dick and help Dick!)

Happy birthday to Edward Shames. He was the last surviving officer of Easy when he died at the age of 99 in 2021. He brought home a bottle of cognac from the Eagles Nest that had been labeled as personal property of the Fuhrer. He used it to toast his son at the boys bar mitzvah when he turned 13
