i went through your ebwarb tag. he's cute but isn't it kind of ableist that his speech is like that? he doesn't have any actual mental illness either...
Looking through the tag, I’m surprised I hadn’t mentioned the main thing about him: he’s secretly a bunch of alien space wasps with a hivemind controlling a nobwog-shaped hive. He weird speech is based on mistranslations. Most of it I run through google translate a few times.
I never really considered it would be seen as ableist, but after talking it over with a friend I can see how. I’d hate for Stomp! to be disrespectful or hurt anyone, so I’ll figure out a different way to show his alienness by the time he appears in the comic.
