Ive gone and lost the post now but you know the post about wanting to spoiler everyone for what you are writing? I FEEL THAT- it's going to take me a good while to finish this Solassan fic (I'm still fleshing out the draft of chapter two) but oh, oh I have so many things I want to talk about. Names, for one, and the fluidity of them in Elvhenan (oh Felassan has so much fun with this). The poly parallels that have been coming out in the ways Solas love Felassan, and will love Lavellan; how they see him, and the person he can be with them. I can't wait to explore this a little more in chapter three ahhhhh! But I'm not there yet! Can't tell whether it's a thruple or not; depends how Felassan and Lavellan will interact. They certainly have similarities and both love the same man, haha, and there will be no love triangles here; but how it shapes out...? I have to get there first

I swear I'm not falling back into solavellan - but I love it still as an old relationship for my Lavellan. She was young, she was becoming herself, learning about herself. Solas was a key part of that, and she loves him, she will always love him, even though she cannot condone what he is choosing to do now. He is. Such a mess hahaha I love how DA4 seems to be starting with him fucking up AGAIN

Tagged by the wonderful @serenpedac to list five songs that I like! I've introduced a few new ones into my rotation recently (well, not actually new but new to me haha):

1. 'free' by Florence + the machine (I listened to this on repeat today, haha!)

2. Hold me Down - The Happy Fits (I've been listening to this band quite a lot this year, they are my peppier band! Channeling the energy, haha. This is my current fave, but I also like 'the garden', and 'sailing' is a Tobi/Adam song!!)

3. I had to include a Sleeping at Last song (I'm seeing them live super soon I am so!!! Excited!!). Let's go with Overture - it just feels like it lifts, opens (I normally follow it up with 'earth' and then 'taste') ('wave after wave' is another song in my Tobi playlist!)

4. I'm gonna keep with the peppy theme (mostly) - last summer, one of my besties gave me this song because I was listening to too much Blanco: Mille, by Fedez. IT'S SO FUN (but Blanco is really fun to dance around to okay)

5. Mouthpiece by Dan Mangan, because I've listened to this guy for years and this song is still so much fun to dance around to, a lil angsty as it is.

Sorry to annoy you again but I got like 5 minutes before I have to clock back in from lunch and I wanted to tell you really quick how cool I thought it was that you wove the witch trials into Ember Days. That’s something I never would have even thought to do with any Wayhaven fanfic and it was just like, really really cool to read. There's this factoid that blows my mind that shortly after N was turned there was a massive Vampire Panic in Europe that they would DEFINITELY have been aware of - double checked the dates again and I might tweak the section to more directly insinuate this, I had forgotten just HOW close in time it was!!
