I’m so happy to say it’s DONE! I’m in the process of querying agents to see about traditional publishing options, and if that doesn’t work out, I’ll be self-publishing.

i have more but these r the ones i dont hate. i tried really hard to make them not look like teenagers😭

also i may or may not be trying to make a comic of them... imk if ur cool with that and what u think of the designs cuz honestly idk what im doing. did i say how cool ur story is? (i cant for the life of me remeber how to spell the name)

also sorry for sending this at 4 am (i need to sleep this has been keeping me up all nite the brainrot is real )

Hello! Thank you! And yes, the novel is absolutely happening. I had a couple of false starts at the beginning process of adapting the short story into a novel, but I finally have a story-shape that I’m really happy with and feels true to the original. So now I’m working hard to finish+polish it. This story means a lot to me, and it’s still a little mind-boggling to me that it’s turned out to mean a lot to others as well ❤️ — I truly do want to make the novelization the best that it can be.

Until then, take your time and go at your own pace. I know first hand how hard it is to write when your mental health isn't at it's best. I'm glad to hear you're doing better. Rest assured, we'll still be here when you get back into the swing of things. I wish you well 💕

I’m happy to report that, after a bit of a rough year, my mental health is doing so so much better. If anyone reading this needs a sign to seek out therapy and talk to your doctor about possible diagnoses/medications, please take this as your sign. It makes such a monumentally huge difference.
