My parents decided to come up and visit me at college on a whim. Which is nice and I'm excited, but also a little worried. They're taking to me lunch. Obviously that's great, but I'm nervous I'll end up derailing my healthy eating. Of course you can't just not live life because you're trying to get fit. You have to learn to integrate it into your life. I can't help but feel scared I'll ruin my efforts in a moment of weakness though. Even if I order something healthy I don't want to eat it all and realize the oversized portion took up half a day's calories! I should calm down and just put my nutritional knowledge to use. I'll workout tonight and it'll all be good.
