🌎 Happy Earth Day 🌎 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Fun Fact: I grew up in an island! I used to wake up in the morning, hangout in the beach all morning until it’s time to eat lunch then after the beach we would go to the farm side and still be out in the sun 😅 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I remember being so dark and tan and since we are out in the sun a lot my hair turned brighter with a reddish blonde tone. LOL ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You may wonder why as kids, our skin don’t age faster when out in the sun compared to now… ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s because our body produces less and less of 𝗚𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 and 𝗔𝗹𝗽𝗵𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝗶𝗱 that helps with skin protection from the damaging effects of the sun and other environmental pollution. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So if you want to slow down aging, make sure to eat foods that are rich with these vitamins or take oral supplements or IV therapy 😁 #hawaiivacation #eathday #islandlife🌴 (at west side Oahu) https://www.instagram.com/p/CcqNGuir38r/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
