For those of us parents who give our children multivitamins, have you ever taken a minute & read ALL the ingredients? Yes they have the chart with the vitamin names & amounts; but even some of those are worrisome as several are OVER 100%. Which means between the multivitamin and their daily food intake their bodies are getting too much of some things, and not enough of the others. Then you look under "Ingredients", and over half the items there you can't pronounce & probably couldn't spell in a Spelling Bee. You have to google each & every one just to find out what it is. And who has time to do that while standing in Walgreens or Walmart? Sitting here with my older son's OLD bottle of multivitamin gummies; and after googling 5 of the items listed in the ingredients ALL of them had one common word... SYNTHETIC. Which is another way to say COUNTERFEIT or MANUFACTURED. Then you have some with various food dyes. If you're a mom of kiddos with sensitive systems, that's the LAST thing you want to give to your child. Plus, the research into how various dyes affect our children's development & behavior is ASTONISHING. Then we get to Xfactor Kids.
