Eastern Promise (2007) Dir.: David Cronenberg Una adolescente fallece dando a luz en un hospital. Parte de su diario da a entender que el bebe puede ser producto de una violacion por parte de un jefe de la Mafia Rusa. Esta situacion atara a la doctora de la chica junto a dos violentos mafiosos. La pelicula, como casi toda la obra de Cronenberg, es sordida y muy violenta pero con un demonio es jodidamente genial. Viggo Mortensen se roba la pelicula con una mas que notable actuacion (y una escena de pelea visceral como ella sola).
