E-Fan, İngiltere’nin Lydd kasabasından Fransa’nın Calais kentine yapılan uçuşu sorunsuz tamamladı. İki koltuklu ve iki motorlu E-Fan elektrikli uçağı Manş Denizi’ni 36 dakikada aştı.

Airbus : L’E-Fan, un minuscule bimoteur électrique, traverse de la Manche !
Il s’agit d’une première mondiale pour le minuscule bimoteur électrique, baptisé E-Fan qui mesure 6,7 mètres de long. Actuellement, l’avion fabriqué par Airbus est destiné à la formation des pilotes. Parti de Lydd, dans le sud-est de l’Angleterre, à 10H15, ce bimoteur électrique a atterri à l’aéroport de Calais-Dunkerque à 10H56.
