i just started listening to Lady Sovereign again for the first time in nine years

I thought maybe writing my feelings down would be a good idea because I’ve been struggling a bit more than usual recently and it seemed like a good idea. I’m normally a really mild mannered person. But tonight I was not and I threw my journal and all of my carefully organised and preserved memories of this year - pressed leaves, notes, tear outs from magazines, train tickets, concert tickets, temple visit tickets, tokens from great places I’ve been, all flew out and most went behind furniture I can’t move. I’ve fished out as much as I can but I don’t think it’s all of it and I have no idea how to get it back in order. I can’t believe I did something so stupid. tl;dr don’t throw important things in frustration kids it’s not worth it
