I'm sorry I'm answering this late, but I was super busy in the last two days trying to understand microeconomics that I totally forgot to reply you. Anyway, I had to ask my friend Jade (aka elenaargnts) about the dystal timeline because I'm trash and I didn't remember exactly how it all went down, I just remembered that they had broken up around this time last year but I didn't know for sure when Crystal started dating Darren. So Jade confirmed that Crystal was seen at the San Diego comic con last July with Darren already (I think there are some photobooth pics of the two of them at a party from that time), and if Daniel broke up with her shortly before summer (or in that period) then yes, it was kinda quickly. What we have to remember here is that it was Daniel who dumped her and what I can only guess is that maybe during SDCC Crystal wasn't dating Darren yet, but was getting closer to him (maybe he supported her after the break up? maybe he was there for her?). The thing is: Crystal of course didn't owe anything to Daniel if he was the one that decided (does this make sense?), so she was free to make the choices she wanted about her romantic life.But really, maybe it was all too fast but what's important is that our baby girl Crystal is happy, and she really seems much more smiley lately, so that means that Darren is probably doing a good job making her the happiest girl.
