This is the badge for them! A "Certified Gardenview Helper" is a Toon who shows a lot of help throughout Gardenview Park or Gardenview Center! (Sorry Toon Handlers, you do a lot, but this award is for the Toons who help out :[)

Dyle is an example of a Gardenview PARK Certified Helper! He always watches out for the train, either arriving or departing, and makes sure nothing happens! He helps out a lot throughout Gardenview Park, so he's a Certified Gardenview Helper!! :D

Gardenview Park Certified Helpers help out SPECIFICALLY in the Park, so stuff like cleaning up, ensuring the Park doesn't get polluted, and making sure the train doesn't CRASH would qualify a Toon for getting this badge!

Jumbled Goob is also an example of a Gardenview CENTER Certified Helper! He cleans up the junk throughout Gardenview Center 3 times a week! He helps out a lot in Gardenview Center, so he's ALSO a Certified Gardenview Helper!! :D

Gardenview Center Certified Helpers help out SPECIFICALLY in the Center, so stuff like cleaning up, ensuring nothing goes wrong, and making sure the Toons don't pull a French Revolution and decapitate Delilah Keen & Arthur Walton would qualify a Toon for getting this badge!

It's also the badge Helper Pebble wears on his Carrying Sash thing!!
