my favourite storyline/moment: there have been so many good moments! any malec scene, obviously, but i also really loved the scene in the boathouse where simon and clary were just best friends and reminiscing about their childhood

a storyline that never should have been written: izzy’s yin fen bullshit

my first thoughts on the show: not bad, but not close enough to the books

my thoughts now: throw the books in the trash and give my children a better story
