au where keira was the one with eco powers and was turned into the dark warrior. torn is still with the kg and erol defected to the underground because working within the government wasn't getting him the results he wanted fast enough and he is an impatient man. ashelin avoids the underground because really the only reason she helps in canon was because of her friendship with torn in the first place
and then keira escapes (with someone's help or not, still working on it) and ends up running into the underground on her rampage to bring down the baron. she's a problem solver she's an inventor and she's patient and no matter how much dark eco was pumped into her those things dont change so she sees the underground as a means to strike back at the man who did that to her and argues with erol a lot over the best course of action because erol is fucking reckless and she's not having it.
kor gets involved because he still needs the kid he still needs the precursor stone but then he realizes that both kid!jak and spargus!jak can awaken the precursor and so isn't as desperate to get his hands on the child so much as the stone. erol is accepting of any help but keira is fucking skeptical because at this point she has trust issues out the wazoo from everything that happened, from getting basically abandoned to that hell for two whole years. so she's suspicious as all hell about kor and his motivations for helping and is the only one that notices when he slinks off to hide when they take the baron down. and when he tries to get the precursor stone she chases his sorry ass back to his nest.
of course all this shit happening wouldn't get past tess or jinx or sig, and sig would be keeping damas in the loop becaue first of all dark warrior second of all baron dead thirD OF ALL metal head leader on the run. and before they can do anything else seem comes in and yo guess what guys the dark makers are coming we have maybe a month before they land and we're screwed
which makes damas go fuck okay what can we do. someone who can handle dark eco to deal with them? sig what was that about the dark warrior? right okay jak you go get her and convince her to come help us. because he knows that while the warriors can probably handle a few dark makers he doesnt want to lose all his people to dark eco poisoning so someone who can actually handle that shit would be nice to have and besides, he wants to see the baron's latest pet project for himself. seem of course disapproves but since they cant come up with a better plan they don't stop jak and daxter from heading to haven with sig.
aND THEN EVERYTHING GETS REAL INTERESTING AFTER THAT im really invested in this now gdi
