This is the Barbie Fashions Summer Tales Accessory Pack (DWD68)

This fashion pack has a summer theme with fun pieces like a bright yellow purse, pink headband with bow, yellow statement necklace and pink strand belt​Summer theme-specific accessories include the cool white sunglasses and of course the cell phone.  A tiny white watch and slim blue blue bangle are also included.  Not a must have for me, but I picked this one up in any case.  I’m a sucker for these tiny packs but probably the most useful items are the headband and the sunglasses.
