Anatomy of a time lapse: 1) TL of an Elite field doesn’t work very well because it happens in no time at all, even on this section. 2) TL became an extended burst mode capturing all kinds of subtleties as they attempt to get through the section without any mistakes. 3) I couldn’t make the switch back to the inside line in my race. Nearly cleared it by riding the tape on the left but nah. 4) The dirt was so fine it felt like moon dust.
