Fibonacci was a mess.
Levels and levels, floors upon floors, brimming with technology that started new and became dingier and shabbier the further one descended. Claus walked along, scowling, his flat expression and rumpled appearance leading to many to believe he was just another boy from this floor, though in reality, his lodgings were much higher up.
What had brought him here were the cats.
The “radiocat” had approached him for help in finding his brother, and needless to say, Claus would never turn down an animal’s request for aid. Being able to understand them since childhood would do that to a fellow.
While exploring the floors, he noticed a boy had been following him for a while now...
“...What do you want?” Claus’s eyes narrowed as he stopped abruptly, bringing the cat closer to his chest. What was on that kid’s shoulder, too?
