These were the steps i took and the fist time it didnt actually translate for me either, so be patient and try again..

check this:http://i61.tinypic.com/2uol46f.pngTHEN if its still not working try checking your youtube account settings.To do that, click the blue/your picture icon in youtube, click the setting icon. That will bring you to your account setting overview. click play back. Where it says Captions make sure both boxes are checked;

      -Always show captions

      -Show automatic captions by speech recognition (when available)

If that still doesnt work, unfortunately theres nothing else i can do to help you :(

For anyone who was looking to watch Dukhless (Soulless) staring Danila Kozlovsky with english subtitles, i have found a way! This video has siberian subtitles, but all you have to do it click the CC button and select translate and then select english!

I don't understand a word but this is one hell of a trailer.That editor's got some skills. I love it.
