THE ULTIMATE CROSSOVER MOD

Over time, electronic parts like capacitors no longer function to spec. When we replaced one of the drivers in a pair of reference-level Wilson Benesch Chimera speakers - their former flagship - our tech suggested we take the opportunity to refresh the crossover. 

We’ve also included pics of the original crossover so we can see how it’s physically transformed. The original used custom parts, but over time, technology has taken a few steps forward and the refreshed hardware marches right along with it, by using parts from Duelund Coherent Audio, a Danish manufacturer.
