Anyways, the lore behind it goes as follows: The two kids met a few days after Dudley Do-Wrong was abandoned in the woods by his parents. Dudley would always sit on the rock shown above, which coincidentally was near the Boy Scouts camp. Snidely Whipbright would also often sit on that same rock, which caused the two to meet. Since Dudley has the survival skills of a fly (LOL poor guy), Snidely gives him food and shelter, and the rest is history.
