#dublins:intro

Stella was born in Boston, went to UCLA, then was between Boston and New York until about 3 days ago when she moved to Dublin with her boyfriend (currently a NPC but if you wanna fill the connection i’d be DOWN. Putting up a WC in a second.) 

She owns and runs a fashion magazine called Upwards which is a physical publication in the USA and an online magazine everywhere else. She’s now running the online one since she moved to Dublin, anouther Editor in Chief running the physical one back from America but she’s still VERY much in control of both. 

She’s six weeks pregnant, has told no one, it’s still under wraps. Even her boyfriend doesn’t know at this point. 

Her father was a marine, he died in 2014, her mother is a stay at home mother, she has one brother called Archie who’s 25. 

She was very close to her brother until she moved, now he won’t speak to her which tears her apart A LOT. 

She is vicious, smart, funny, and pretty damn scary when she wants to be. She’s extremely loyal, passionate, and can be a bit of a rebel. 

Okay, so basically Noel is a really sweet little dude probably too much so some times, he finds it hard to say no to anyone and feels guilty if he isn’t doing everything he can and more to be helpful.

Basically his story is that his mom was a pretty well known dancer back in the US and spent a lot of time touring as a backup dancer and things and often didn’t have any choice but to leave Noel to watch his little sister because since their dad wasn’t around it was how they got taken care of.

It was around Christmas time 2 years ago when his mom was on her way back from the airport to be home for the holidays and slid off the road on the ice and flipped the car, breaking her neck in the process. Because of all the traffic and other accidents dealt with, the kids didn’t find out until the next morning on Christmas eve. 

After everything that happened Noel took it upon himself to get a job and to start looking after his little sister full time, In between taking care of her, he started taking college courses while she was at school to aim towards becoming a mechanic while also trying to balance any part time jobs he could work through the night to take care of them

He ended up moving to Dublin as recently as about 4 months ago when his aunt caught on to everything he was doing for his sister and after talking to him, took it upon herself to decide that it was too much for him to handle, and after a lot of pleading with him convinced him to let her take his sister in and gave him quite a bit of money and told him to go off and do whatever he wanted wherever he wanted, so basically he came to Dublin bc it’s one of the only places he knew much about based on account of his mom coming more than once and now here he is

ethan was raised in a hockey family. his dad trained nhl players in the summer and ran a gym all year long, and his mother was an olympic hockey player who was a star goalie for team canada. hockey was everywhere around him growing up, and it only made sense for him to dream of becoming a nhl player.

he trained super hard growing up and was noticed back when he was thirteen; people expected great things of him for a super young age and it put quite a lot of pressure on his shoulders.

he was drafted first overall when he was eighteen by the toronto maple leafs, and though he never managed to make something out of the mediocre team (at the time ok i love the leafs now just weoifergijoergijoer), he quickly became one of the biggest stars in the league due to his charming and outgoing personality, which is something rare in hockey lbr.

he was a fan favourite, both loved by hockey lovers and non hockey lovers. he made a huge donation to a children’s hospital and though a lot of players had issues with that (bc it made them look bad lmao they’re babies) he became even more loved by the public.

but then, when he was 25, he drank a lil too much one night and made the grave mistake of driving anyway. no one but him was hurt, but not only did he get into trouble and fall from grace due to the fact that he was drunk driving, but he also hurt himself in a way that prevented him for ever playing hockey again.

his parents and older brother were thoroughly disappointed in him, and his relationship with them has been tense ever since.

he decided to move to dublin when he was twenty-seven, tired of the judgement he got from people in north america who knew of him and what he did. he needed a change of scenery, and as his uncle lived in dublin and he’d loved visiting in the past, he thought it’d be the best place for him.

he’s quite rich thanks to all the money he made from his salary and advertisements during his career, but he hated doing nothing, so he started a youtube channel where he talks about, take a guess, sports!

his channel grew quite popular due to the fact that he used to be quite famous and is, let’s be real, quite good looking.

sometimes he’s even invited to talk to sports channels in north america to talk about hockey bc apparently some people have gotten over his huge mistake

puts on a happy face but really, really misses hockey.

personality wise he’s kind of a mess but he’s also a really generous person and always offers to pay for stuff. his flat (which is huge by the way) is almost always a mess except for once every two weeks when the cleaning lady comes by. 

has difficulty letting people in bc he’s scared he’ll disappoint them just like he disappointed basically,,,,,, everyone.

Distant member of the royal family she is actually a ‘lady’ her full name is Lady Katherine Victoria Elise. She is a children’s book illustrator because she loves art and honestly doesn’t really have to do much to be financially stable. Her parents give her all the money she needs. In return she is expected to be a proper lady, not embarrass herself, or her family. She’s a little dim sometimes, she can be obnoxious because she’s very entitled. 

Kat has a problem with an eating disorder, she uses it to feel in control of herself, she doesn’t like people to know that inside she’s breaking. She was training to be a lawyer but the pressure of law school was too much and she had a breakdown. She was basically hidden away for a year until she was deemed ‘normal’ again by her family. She has a sister and a brother, both younger than her!

I’m going to write a proper bio up for her but hit me up or like this if you wanna plot! I’m going to go and try and read as many intro posts as i can! :)

Sian was born in France but her family moved to London when she was very little. She has a sister less than a year younger than her named Kiera, and they were the same year in school. Her dad left shortly after her sister was born.

Their mum was pretty strict, and Sian didn’t do well with that. She was bad at school and tested rules. Her mum and her clashed a lot, but Kiera was obedient. Sian felt kinda bad for her sister having so much pressure on her to be the golden child. 

When she was about thirteen, Sian cut class with some friends and they peer pressured her into shop lifting. She enjoyed the thrill and kept doing it. As that feeling dulled, she learned how to pickpocket people. Stealing was the first thing she ever felt like she’d been good at.

By year 10, with GCSEs coming up, Kiera had more pressure on her than ever to do her best. Sian found out she had started using cocaine, which seemed so unlike her sister. She also found out Kiera had dug herself into debt to some pretty sketchy people. Sian started using her skills as a thief to try to help her sister out financially. In addition to shoplifting and pickpocketing, she also learned how to run simple street cons. But Kiera was gaining debt quicker than Sian could pay it off, even when Sian left school and started stealing full time. 

Sian got frustrated and moved to New York City to get away from enabling her sister. She tried to make an honest living at first, and got a job working in a fashion boutique, but customers regularly complained she was rude to them and she was fired. After that, she went back to stealing.

After a couple years, she decided to move back home and get an apartment in London. Sure enough, Kiera was regularly asking her for money and her mum constantly disapproved of her actions. After only a year in London, she moved around a little bit before settling in Dublin.

She loves animals and fashion

And she collects antiques

Part of the conflict with her and her mum is that Sian is queer as fuck and her mom isn’t “a fan of that lifestyle”

Speaking of, her mum is from the US. Sian has citizenship in the UK and the US. 

She’s scared of thunder/lightning.
