The studio was where I wanted to be. I didn´t want anybody takin' my drums down and packin' 'em after I got 'em soundin' good. It takes a while to sweeten a set of drums: drums sound like hellwhen you first hit'em - you got to sweeten 'em, take tape and your drum key and loosen the heads and tape pieces of leather to it sometimes to make it sound good. After you've got'em sweetened, you want want to leave'em the hell alone
