Loved how there were people in the chat yelling and screaming that 1) Sleep Token ain't metal. And 2) that our Drum King is AI LOL!!! First off and most obviously... this man... is not AI. And no Sleep Token fan has ever claimed, not that I have heard, that Sleep Token is completely metal. Do they have metal in their music? Absolutely! But no real fan has ever said, "Yeah, Sleep Token is a metal band" because they know they aren't. I am not a musician. I can't tell you all the bells and whistles that they use in their music, which caused Drumeo to include ii in Metal Drummer of the Year. But, to me... There is enough Metal in their music to warrant his nomination. And the award was well deserved. Just my opinion. You don't have to agree or like it.
