Hope y’all are ready for something WEIRD, because it’s time for this year’s obligatory Hainbach-inspired drum-drone jam.

This year I had a bunch more pedals and FX open to me, so I could add a chorus and the Space Echo to make my tiny little Volca Beats sound absolutely MASSIVE as a drone.

Also I did the math, and the Volca Beats is running at 600 BPM, cycling a single step on a sequencer running at 1/16th resolution, meaning it’s cycling at 40 drum triggers per second, or 40Hz. Which, to me, is insane.
