We’re still more than a month out from the start of the 2026 season of OPTIMA’s Ultimate Street Car series. You may see a lot of show cars that look like they’re built to run, but are lucky to survive a trip to a Friday night cruise night. Those builders avoid this series, because builders like Smitty’s Custom Auto show what cars are really capable of doing on the track, in the street and maybe even a little dirt.
