I'm going to put these all together and my answer is no.

I kind of touched on this with the first DriftSwap art, that technically going by the rules I've set forth in my AU, nothing actually would change since they are the same guy. Like, the one with the main part of the gem will always be Floret and the shard will always be Steven, because that's how splitting the gem works for that AU. It was more for a fun design challenge, not anything to take seriously.

Also, Drift Together is gonna be long as hell already. i got no more spoons for a different fic ;-; I make some side content for other AUs but nothing ongoing, usually just oneshots.

Because I have a problem.

I have no idea if I got there relationship right in this scene because I can't read emotions. I took the scene from the song change when they were floating through the sky and converted it into this au. I have the most vague idea that I remember Steven once yelling "I don't care" but I have no idea where it is from.

Anyway once again go check out @driftswap they make good art.
