More Driftlands work. Getting some of the earlier enemies done up in pixels to match the others
Drifters best be wary when they hear a cry for help. Those desperate pleas may not be a person in danger, but rather a mockingwolf, hungry for its next meal.
Driftlands enemies featuring the Mockingwolf, Greater Mockingwolf and a handful of various demons. Credit to @dmgloom for the mockingwolf concept
My friends and I have been developing a ttrpg called Driftlands over the past year. It’s a fantasy western with tactical combat and an in-depth exploration system. It’s designed to be very GM friendly, requiring minimal prep time to run
The above are a few of the creatures that show up, including:
Boneherd. A collection of undead cattle that split into smaller monsters.
Luckyfoot Brute. A thug with a hard hitting kick.
Greater Mockingwolf. Common predator in the wastelands, able to mimic the voices of other animals and drifters.
We’re testing an adventure this weekend and I hope to open up beta testing to more people in the future so keep an eye out if it sounds interesting!
Continuing the concept train, we’ve got a:
Luckyfoot, a race of people born from the turbulent winds of the primal beast Torna
Starshard luckyfoot. Sometimes people are touched by demonic influence, ancient evils that live among the stars, trapped in the night sky
Gooblin, a race of ooze people born from chaotic chemical processes

Never venture into the wastelands at night, for the sky is dark and filled with ancient terrors. Should your travels find you out in the evening hours, be sure to bring companions; if not for safety, then at least for your own sanity
Another Driftlands concept piece, this time featuring:
A moonhide. A rare sight, as they’re the reincarnated souls of the departed, brought back to hunt down demons and undead
An embercoat. People filled with an inner fire that never stops burning
A tuskborn. Friendly folk and one of the most widely found races in Tamarel (world name)
Oh to be a Snapperjaw sleeping in a lazy river
Conceptual stuff for Driftlands, a fantasy western setting I’ve been working on for the past month
More Driftlands work, this time featuring the crabfolk race, Clackerclaw
They enjoy long days in the sandsea
