âDrifting in Daylightâ presents mostly ephemeral projects in Central Park, Fridays and Saturdays, 12-6 p.m., through June 20 in the north end of the Central Park.
âBy far the most moving piece here is Ragnar Kjartanssonâs âS.S. Hangover.â In a square-sailed boat resembling a Viking ship, a formally attired brass sextet plays a beautiful composition as the vessel slowly motors around Duck Island in the Harlem Meer. Itâs dreamy, funny and somehow heartbreaking.â
