This year happened so fast but I learned so much I need to give you these advice like I did in 2024.

Health is one of the most important things 🧸ྀི you already know that, I already know that. But at the beginning of the year, I had to do a surgery and they did a mini epidural (the surgery was on my lower back so yeah). I couldn't use my legs for five hours. I have never been so grateful, to have this ability to walk. I was like ❝wow❞. I was already thankful for my body but being in that position ?Just wow.

-> the epidural was paiiiiinful. You feel it and it's even worse when you see the niddle. How us, women, go through THIS to give birth ? And it was a mini for me, not the regular one. This is a weird feeling like you really feel the needle and this is not like a simple vaccine at all. At first it didn't work but after ??. Your legs become hot and you can't move at all. It was men doctors that were doing the surgery and I was so happy to have women around me to be here for me. Nothing wrong with male doctors at all. I never had a problem with them I love my men doctor but in this moment I was like ❝damn if that do something I can do nothing like ???❞

Only the ideal version of you has to exist 🧸ྀི You CAN'T be in between (yeah), you have to stick to the ideal version you want to achieve. There's is no in between. You can't be like ❝oh I know I will achieve it anyways❞ no everything is happening NOW. When you feel the old pattern wanting to emerge, you have to be ready to say NO. It's very uncomfortable, and it's new but this how you change. After you feel guilty / uncomfortable but at the same time proud of yourself but that uncomfortable will become familiar.

Live in the present moment🧸ྀི Please do it. After it will be vanished. Life is so unpredictable but it knows what you need in this life. I am someone who likes to predict the future (especially by creating it), but it always shocking to see how things unfold, in the most beautiful way. I am not afraid. If it has to happen it has to, and if it doesn’t, cool. It's always after you see why it happened. Don't be afraid.

On that note, if you have a vision for your future and you're just living the regular life let's say, be happy for those moments. I say this because I had a student job and it was kinda hard to do school + job together. I had a contract in an area and I was counting days to the end lol. But I met so beautiful people here, especially my colleague. When I was talking to him, I was like ❝I know why I met him❞. My contract ended last week and I am so sad. So sad. It taught me so much. For the first time it's not customers but my collegues, who taught me something. I am so glad I met him and I say that to him every time and he says the same. It’s so rare to have a good feeling at work with others.

Have a damn cutlery kit 🧸ྀི I am so mad when I forget my fork at house = I have to eat a sandwich and I am tired of it. Y'all don't know how it pisses me off to forget that. I can buy some wooden fork but I hate it.

Have a makeup bag 🧸ྀི with everything you need. And when I said everything, it's everything. It can be mini version = not that expensive. I am someone who don’t have a lot in my bag, just the essential (I am very practical). But it’s so useful to have a pouch if you need to do some cleans up, otherwise you will have to go to Sephora to put setting spray then leave like a robber.

Have a good environment 🧸ྀི I already knew I was heavenly impacted by who's in my circle but I didn't know it was this much. You might know I came back to school so I met new people. But one of my friend don't come at lectures. Never, only mandatory classes. So what I started to do ? yeahhhhh to skip lectures too, and it's even worse when you have the notes from last year. So be aware of your surroundings.

When you stop to have an identity it disappear fast 🧸ྀི Faster to build a habit lol. Don't be lazy when you used to do things and because you're lazy and you don't want to. These are the most easiest to disappear. You truly have to understand the process. If you didn’t did something for the last two days try to start again on the third day.

Patriarchy ruins our society 🧸ྀི news !!!! Okay be for real we all know this but that is crazy. They did everything to make women believe they worth less than a man. IT IS WRONG. Completely wrong. And women are still trapped into these systems. This system is reversed.

-> Women should be leader 🧸ྀི We have everything to be great leaders especially with our compassion and our intuitive skills. Men should be protectors and at our service. They have the body to do so + they’re good at following orders. This is the only way. But women are so brainwashed by the society thinking they worthless. This is so sad.

When you walk with the universe the universe walks with you 🧸ྀིmy friend say that to me the other days and yes, life feels so easy. It needs the right alignment though. It’s unbelievable how easy it can be.

Women at the workplace are meaner than men 🧸ྀི news ! I decided to push my reflection on why they were that mean. Either they need to show how to be respected by others because they’re in a male field or they seek men validation. At work I'm so happy to have a man manager. I know he will be chill. Women are so complicated at work and not girls’s girls.

People are so mean 🧸ྀི I say it because I saw it everywhere on social media, not here. If you plan to do something on TikTok, instagram be ready to have dumb people. Like really dumb and mean you don’t even know how it’s possible to be this mean lol. Even in real life you see it clearly if you work at a customer service.

-> People are kind 🧸ྀི some people are kind and adorable. That’s why you don’t want to blur your vision with mean and dumb people. It’s rare though

Don’t give hope to men 🧸ྀི if you know they love you and you know you don’t like them you just want to be respectful by answering their messages DON'T do it. They think they have a chance. Be blunt at the beginning so that they don’t bother you after. Because wow this man claimed he has a love at the first sight with me. Never again.

Gap year is so useful 🧸ྀི so beneficial. It can be lonely sometimes, but once you come back to school you miss this period so bad. It’s a luxury to be able to do nothing. Do everything to understand yourself and how this world works. Once you go back in school you're gonna miss it so bad !!

Use you stickers, fav perfumes 🧸ྀི that you gatekeep for special occasions. what if you die ? Don't think in lack. Start thinking like ❝I will buy again❞

Start saying that you'll always have money 🧸ྀི even when you feel like you're using all your savings. Say ❝I know money is coming❞. It can come from nowhere. Trust life.

Stay educated 🧸ྀི always learn something. It's better if it's about you but be curious about how things work. How do we create a car ? Boat? How bluetooth & your AirPods work ? How to sew ? Why almost every animals have five thumbs like us ? Women's health. there's so many topics.

Trust life 🧸ྀི this is my final advice. When things don't work out like you planned, wait a minute and say to yourself ❝okay this is happening for something better❞ at first you don't see it but I promise you everything happens for a reason. And it's weird to say this especially when you had trauma in life. I think the thing with trauma, is more about what you're gonna do with this. Are you going to use it to destroy everything around you blaming the world ? or you're going to turn this pain into gold ? And the craziest thing it's that you can do what you want.

-> but if you don't pass a class, you failed at something, someone block you, you lose all your friends etc know that something even better that you imagined is coming.

The END. I think 2024 taught me more than 2025. 2025 was more into taking actions about what I learned from 2024. I loved this year. You have to know that it was a calm year = next year is gonna be more exciting. it's always like that with me, might be the same for you ? It was a great year.

I saw some other people making a dream/moodboard off th type of bedroom they'd want as a regressor so I made a Dreamboard/moodboard of the type of bedroom I would love to have tbh. Or I guess a mix of what I want yknow?
