А после просмотра фильма хочется еще какое-то время подумать в тишине... О чем? Попробую без спойлера 🤔 Четверо давних друзей (точнее, трое и одна подруга) за один вечер глубоко и с новой силой, через призму нажитого опыта, но с пылом и легкостью, присущими молодости, проживают те события, которые их связывали тогда, давно, когда все было впереди, и связывают сейчас, когда уже и позади - немало. Они уже другие, но они все те же. Шкафы и антресоли памяти полны общих воспоминаний и, как оказалось, незамеченных скелетов. "Мы почему так часто напиваемся в последнее время? Мы много врем самим себе и друг другу, от этого напряжены, и только алкоголь помогает нам расслабиться". See 🇬🇧⏬ Пара осенних листьев - самых стойких, они дожили до снега и, возможно, доживут и до весны - и плачут... 🤔 Интересное дело: люди любят восхищаться сильными и смелыми. Петь дифирамбы и даже хвалиться знакомством с таким человеком. Но стоит тому, кого они еще вчера считали сильнее и отважнее себя, показать, что он тоже живой человек, способный устать до изнеможения или просто ошибиться - и все. Не то, что уважение, а и простое понимание и принятие может перейти в ...в лучшем случае, в холодное презрение. И вот, человек, еще вчера рыдавший у тебя на плече, сегодня не находит для тебя и минуты времени. Некогда. Дела. Надо искать новые идеалы... Я в таких случаях не жалею - ни об искателях новых идеалов, ни о потраченном на них времени. Освободившееся место считаю не пустотой, а свободой, а время и ресурсы - чем-то вроде гуманитарной помощи. 🍁❄ Прошедшая осень как-то выпала из моего Инстаграма. Главное - она не выпала из жизни. Я многому научилась за этой время - в профессиональном плане, а не из того, о чем писала. This is a dream image I’ve been working on for a while. Any suggestions for a title? The cat goddess statue is out back in the garden. That’s my hand holding the pink agate, which I also used to make the moon. I often dream of pink gates—to the point where I’ve purchased several to have around me. Before I made this image, I was trying to see if I could be like @brookeshaden , @dannybbittencourt and @darascully and use my own body in a staged self-portrait to tell a narrative. I had an idea about digging a hole in front of the cat statue and finding a key. However, it turns out they are all young, tiny and beautiful. I’m 71 and just a taller, larger visual mass in a photo. I got all dressed up with makeup and a wig and did a bunch of test shots. I just think that’s going to be a hard way for me to make something beautiful even in a composite. So I threw those shots all away and moped around the house a while until I got the idea to do just my hand. The rest of the image, which actually took me a few hours, came out of the part of my mind that’s always dreaming. This is not visually consistent with anything else I’ve ever done, so I despair of the elusive goal of a fine art series, and I don’t think I can make anything gold out of it. Should I bury it, burn it, salt it, paint it, poke holes in it?
