Forced to work under MonoTV behind the scenes, the Ultimate Coder made her way to into Hope's Peak. Stacy is a coder with high intelligence and could pass as hacker if she wanted to. A gal of quiet nature who hates working with a passion, and will find any excuse to take breaks.
She is in charge of the executions, placing in all their programming and functions for each of the 16 individuals. It's also hinted that she may have been considered but rejected for the TV show.
