Some would think two big killers who don't say a single word would get along flawlessly, but it hasn't been the case for the two masked men. Just because they don't speak doesn't mean they don't have their own personalities, their annoyances, preferences. Michael likes being alone, hates being paired with anyone in the trials. He doesn't need the help of another killer, and especially when said killer maneuvers himself all too similarly to Michael. They're both quiet, brutal, and they both seem to be targeting the same survivors at the exact same time. Michael is irritated and he hasn't been shy about it-- shoving past Jason, not respecting if he gets to someone first. Michael isn't a team player, he isn't kind or polite, he doesn't have manners. He's not worried about any of the killers fighting back against him-- he can easily overpower most, and those he can't, he steers clear of. He doesn't think Jason will be an issue at all-- until he's proven wrong.
Another disregarding, disrespecting shove by Michael is met this time with that machete digging straight into the soft of Michael's belly, plunging past skin and muscle. The weapon is big and the damage of it is instantly felt by Michael, sharp and cold. A sound similar to a grunt leaves his covered mouth as he grabs Jason's hand, attempting to yank the machete out of him and shove him away, not expecting to be met with the resistance of a brick wall.
