The anthology Strange Adventures 129 was published with a June 1961 cover date. The Atomic Knights story from Earth-86 took place in 1990. It referenced the spy satellite (Spy in the Sky) launched in 1978 and the atomic war that occurred in 1986. They rediscovered Atlantis, which had time jumped 10,000 years to their present and were able to get some seeds to begin regrowing plant life.
