WHATS GOIN ON

Ignis lives a life of order. Of predictably. He wakes up every day, starts a few eggs boiling for lunch, takes a bath (what occurs in said bath is his business, and his alone), washes his body and hair, gets dressed, finishes making his lunch, and goes off to work.

Being a janitor for a lab is not exactly the most glorious work in the world -- the messes and spills are often dangerous and disgusting in equal measures, but considering his... condition, it's the best he can find. It drives him mad, most days, though he'll never mention it to anyone. Being mute hasn't deprived him of dreams, but it has deprived him of the hope that those dreams may one day come true... most days. At the very least, he gets to work in a lab, as he always dreamed. Just, simply not in the sort of capacity as he might have hoped.

But today, amidst his monotonous, horrific daily routine, something interesting happens. The scientists keep calling something 'The Asset', and when he manages to catch a glimpse of it, he learns that whatever this 'Asset' is, it's more than a pile of chemicals.
