Ohhhh!!!!! I LOVE tachyon why is she Like That. but shes pretty fun! my first run with her i somehow got turf S and medium S? but havent happen again. i tend to just max on speed (and barring that- wit) power is good but lowkey you dont need an even stat distribution to win the career (in my experience). Ive had the most trouble with long race horses, you need to have more stamina.

i WANTED to make my next focus on getting through grass wonders career because i really like her, too, but it turns out shes like........ really fucking difficult. at least for me? i cant seem to get her past the second proper race. two runs failed there and the other one i bailed on because she got paddock fright in the first optional race i did. that was the first time id Ever gotten a negative skill and having it happen so early did Not Bode Well.

your erchius fuel farm is very cool and pretty!!! i typically make my fuel farms for function and it ends up with high production but very. not so beautiful. Do you have any tips for designing builds?

I suppose the best advice I can offer is "imagine then in a real setting".
So the fuel factory, for instance, sits inside my main colony. Because of this, I wanted it to look like a place people might go to work or pickup their bootleg fuel. That's why I've added touches like the 'security' desk and made the backblocks predominantly purple.
Similarly, I put all the shops for various mods into one big 'mall', decorating it with benches and flowers as if it were a place where people go to shop.
But it doesn't always have to be a case of form over function; my healing water 'factory' is literally a hole in the ground that collects rain π οΈ
