I mean that does make sense, but it's also called My Hero Academia, not My Hero University or My Hero Entering the Workforce. It's probably gonna stay in the high school/superhero training stage for a good while, if not for the duration of the manga. Look how long it took Naruto and his pals to graduate.

But uh. I can recognize that itās great at what it does, and I love the art style, and it has a few moments where it deepens the characters in surprising ways, but itās still overloaded with same old same old.
Itās SORT OF like how The Walking Dead is every zombie story ever told. Itās good at what it does, itās just that Iām tired of it.

Following up on the Walking Dead point then (sort of?) I don't think anybody who's enjoying BNHA is expecting the overarching plot itself to break the mold. Like with the Walking Dead, they may know what they're getting with regards to the setting and structure and so on, so they're basically here for the execution. I mean that's what I assume, I ain't actually watch the fookin' thing. As for the age stuff, I get that. Most headline Shonen Jump series are pretty much for that demo.
